With my family hailing from the beautiful island of Grenada, my desserts are infused with the vibrant flavors of my heritage. From the richness of coconut to the zing of tropical fruits, each recipe celebrates the tastes and traditions I grew up with. My passion for baking comes from a desire to share my culture with the world, bringing the warmth and flavors of the Caribbean to every table.
